Good morning - well, it's almost lunchtime here!!  Where DOES the day go?

Yesterday:

B - Protein bar

S - Orange

L - LC chicken stir fry

S - Hummus/pretzel chips

D - Chicken breast

S - small piece of fish

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Next!!!!

Yesterday:

B- scrambled egg and sausage patty

L- G&M Crabcake... I ate the whole.... 1/3 of it!

D- Chicken Enchilada and Guacomole Salad

All my vitamins and finally added calcium to the mix!  and 50 oz of fluid.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs

Lunch - Pizza Hut leftover pizza (ate the toppings only!)
              Cherry Cobbler yogurt

Dinner - Popeye's nuggets (they didn't have the spicy strips WAAAAHHH!)

Dessert - Blue Bunny NSA Banana Split ice cream (2 scoops)

All of my fluids and all but one frigging calcium citrate lozenge!  I can't wait for the chewables!  (Hey, didn't I say that before?)  LOL

Yesterdat:

B-  Triscuits with Laughing Cow onion cheese
L-  Salad with real bacon bits and rf crumbles
D-  Mozzerella cheese with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar

All my water-  all my vitamins, calcium and iron!  (I love the cinnamon lozenge!  I wish I had one right now, but I just took the iron so i have to wait til i get home.  :(  )

Whoa I am soooo behind on everything. LOL Ok here is mine for yesterday :o)

Breakfast~Banana Bread Weight Control Quaker oatmeal YUM!!!

Snack-Blueberry Light n fit yogurt

Lunch-Albacore on salad SOOOO YUM!!!

Dinner-  Crab cake and rice EXTRA YUMM!

Snack~Tangerine

All fluids thanks to Snapples Diet Peach Tea and all my vitamins. WOOT WOOT!!!!

I started back to work yesterday and I have to say... it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

B- egg sausage and cheese omelet
s- Click on the way to work... yummmm
L- Babybell cheese & Greek Yogurt
D- Turkey and Cheddar Lunchables (only 2 of the crackers)
S- Grilled chicken with spinach and artichoke dip on top, broccoli and cauliflower
***64 oz of water and all my meds....

Now if I can only do this every day....
