Park in the contractors lot? and walk UP THAT HILL?  I think not.

my ex husband is the contractor that collapsed on the hill last year.... and the guards let him lie there.  his pacemaker had  misfired.

That hill is one of the reasons I know I need surgery - I would NOT be able to walk it!

I missed when that happened :(  Thankfully we aways work off hours, so we don't see he drama...  Is he okay now?  Who finally "found" him?

Makes you wonder what the guards were doing, they surely aren't guarding our secure secrets!

happened in the morning.  I think he woke himself up and went to the security building at the top of the hill.

I found him in there with the nurse.  their line was "we can't leave the guard hut"

thankfully he's a fed now and parks at the top of the hill.

what time are you usually there?

I think it is sad that they would not even call 911 or SOMETHING... there are guards driving around all the time - they couldn't call one of them??? They have walkie talkies even!

I can't imagine working with my ex, although there are enough of you that even if he was the worst person in the world you could avoid him! LOL

We usually come in about 10:30am...  We are NOT morning people and we drive down from York... LOL

Nessa,

I am so glad to know that everything went great with yours & Brian's appt.
As far as getting Brian to lose just have him cut soda add protein and cut out sugar from the diet.  Well, I am sure Sloan gave you the list.

Tell Brian that Ranessa is a sweetheart, she has had surgery and she understands us.  Meeting with her is like having a personal conversation isyead of an evaluation. Gino (my husband) loved his meeting with her.  Tell Brian he is going to do great and if he needs to talk Gino can be contacted anytime at [email protected].

Best wishes to the both of you!

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Cira,

what a gem you are!   I will talk to brian about it...   I think if he gives up sugar (that's one of my goals this month) he will lose a bit...

I Know he can do it.  I just don't want him to drag his feet too long...

I have NOT gone for any appointments since the first year one.  My excuse is DVR is no longer at GBMC.  I do however follow the guidelines for annual testing- scans and labs with my PCP who is more than willing to order them.  I have given out the letter to physicians DVR had on his GBMC page when I had surgery.  I imagine he has a similar notice with his newer office.
