3 THINGS FOR TUESDAY!!!

Good morning everyone!!!  It was cold this a.m.!!  I think we were all spoiled with the little taste of spring over the weekend - don't be fooled - it's still winter!!!!

Today, I'm grateful for:

1.  Clean, crisp sheets and comforters - AHHHH!!  Mom, God love her, stripped my bed yesterday, opened the windows, remade the bed AND turned down the bed!!!  She is the BEST maid!!!  No chocolates on my pillows though!!!  I was exhausted last night, I typed for a solid four hours and those sheets felt SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good!!!!

2.  My snooze alarm - Normally, I hit it twice - this a.m., it was a record FIVE times!!!

3.  I earned some comp time over the last two days.  Of course, when the bosses squawk (and they will) about me taking off, they're going to be reminded that THEY wanted this investigation done!!!!

4.  My week at the beach is secured in a complex that has an indoor and an outdoor pool AND that will accept Happy!!!  I hated the thought of leaving her, so now I don't have to!!

5.  That my week at the beach is secured during a time OTHER than our girls' get-away!!!  WOO-HOO!!!  I can't wait!!!

Have a great day everyone!!!

Hugs,

Good morning.

DH got new pillows last night.  now i want some.

we can't take our dogs with us when we travel.  Harley weighs close to 100 pounds and he's underweight...

send your darling mom to help me get my house cleaned up.  I am swamped and can't get it done I need help...

enjoy your comp time. I have to start putting some time im so i can be off.  DVR thinks we might be able to get bri's surgery done in June and then mine a month or so later....

three things:

1. ladybug clothes  (i collect ladybugs and today i'm wearing a cute top and matching vest)
2. newfoundland love.   Harley thinks I hung the moon
3. finding the right doctor for the job....

NESSA!!!

I want to hear all about your appointment with DVR - either on here or through PM!!!!

Sweetie, I didn't say Mom cleaned!!!  LOL!!!!!  But I'll take the clean, crisp sheets!!!!  Trust me, my bedroom looks like my closet vomited!!!

As far as time off after surgery, I will be the first to admit that I milked it and took 8 weeks off.  However, because of the nosy co-workers, I wanted to be past all the food phases and at least "comfortably" into solid food before I went back to work.  And my surgery was in August, so it was nice to be off in the heat of the summer.  I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO cold that I spent a lot of time outside.

I'll be on the lookout for ladybug stuff now!!!  Awww, pat Harley for me!!!!!!

Hugs,

Tia

Good Morning:

Yes I know its still winter :  LOL I cleaned out my car this weekend and put the
gloves and scarf back in the house-   big mistake.

Today I am grateful for;

1.  My little furbaby :  There is nothing like seeing that little white furball so excited
to see me come home at night.

2.  My gym membership:  not only do I know I need the exercise I have my
own little support system there as well:  Gail stopped by to chat last night
and we started chatting about how excited we are about the spa weekend!
Then I got to see Deb at reformer class - a pleasure as always ( even if she did remind
the teacher that she needed to show me a new move)

3.  This board: as Julie mentioned on her post its so nice to have a place to come to
where people "get" me. ( humming the CHEERS theme)

So have a great day everyone.

NORM!!!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again - if I could find a man who was as happy to see me as my "baby," I'd be a lucky girl!!  Of course, finding a man who carpet swims and spins in circles might be difficult!!  LOL!!

I'm excited about our weekend, too!! I'm going to coordinate some things with Gail so we can have a blast!

Have a good one!

Hey April!!

LOVED the pics!!  You should be so proud of yourself!!

Glad to hear baby girl is getting better - our two have been down for the count, too!!  Sigh - does it EVER end?

Hey, be vain about the heels!!  I'm jealous - I've got HORRIBLE feet and even losing weight didn't really help - unfortunately, a lot of times, I have to sacrifice style for comfort, although I've been lucky to find some nice ($$$$) ones, no heels for this girl!!!!

Have a great day!
