Hello Nessa, I thought about you yesterday and am so curious how your appointment went. I have heard great things about your doc. How do you feel about him? I dont know much about journals but like you would love to know....

I only use the nutrition tracker and excersice tracker. The other stuff can be helpful if you really want to pay attention....lol But I do really like the nutrition tracker.
