L - 2 Chicken snack wraps from McD's - 2 innards in one wrap

D - Leftover Southwestern egg rolls
S - Baked Quaker guacamole tortillaz (new!! not bad - made with rice and corn!)
All my fluids, all my vits!!!

I really need to start writing this down again....let's see...yesterday:
B - greek yogurt cherry protein shake
L - chicken/eggplant parmesan
s/f chocolate covered almonds
D - chicken/eggplant parmesan
1s/f russell stovers chocolate
LNS - 12 oz. skim milk w/splenda
80 oz. fluids, 91g. protein, most of my vits (weekends I suck)

Okay, yesterday -
B - multigrain cheerios with fat free milk
L - two slices of pizza - toppings only - crusts out in front of noisy neighbor's door.
D - Oven baked pork chops and Normandy Blend - not the D Day kind, this had brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, yellow and green squash.
Dessert - sugar free orange popsicle.
None of my vitamins and some of my fluids.
I had a busy day being lazy!
