hi everyone i hope i am doing this right!! i am new here and very excited!!! i am in my 2nd month of supervised 6 months weight loss!! my doctor is Dr. David von Rueden!!!! i hope to meet some other people here that i can really chat with!!!

we too have DVR as our doctor and meet with him MONDAY for our initial consult.

we were at the same seminer then!! i went to that one as well and then went to my 1st vist a few days after!!! that visit really is 2 hours lol!!!!!!! i went to my first support group the 3rd and i really enjoyed it!!! i plan to go every month!!! its the 1st tuesday of every month!! excrise class is befor support group at 5:30 and the from 6-7pm is support group!!

REALLY?!  we sat in the middle front row....  can't miss my hubby... where did you sit.   I do plan to start going to support group just wanted to get our initial consult under our belts.

I picked up Weight Loss for Dummies today!

me and my fiance were front row on the right hand side!!! my fiance and i ended up being the last ones there the night of the seminer!!! we didnt get out till 9pm b/c we talked to Dr. von Rueden and Stephine and the other guy (cant remember his name) they answered every question that we had and were so great!!!! we knew that very night that this was the right thing for me and that he was a great doctor!!!!

   Hello & welcome! You have found a wonderful place.....the people here are very friendly & occassionally hilarious! You will find a ton of support & alot of useful info! I have been here for about 2 years.... you will LOVE it here!
  I am basically in the same place as you are.... I just finished my 6 month supervised & am waiting on some paperwork so it all can be submitted to the insurance company. My doctor is Magnesun  tho.
  What procedure are you looking at having?

i am going to have the bypass done its the best one for me i belive!!!! I have Amerigroup so i have to do 6 months and then after that i am hopin that things will go smooth and fast lol!!!! well not to fast just so everything is done right and the sooner the better lol!

i really am excited to be here and hope to find new friends that really understand what i am goin through! ya know!
