THE FEED BAG & FRIDAY'S A.M. FLUID CHECK
Decided to combine the two today:
Yesterday, I ate:
B - Protein Bar
L - LC salisbury steak and mac & cheese
S - Protein Bar
S - Trail mix - raw, unsalted (ick) cashews and almonds and dried cranberries (I did good by refraining from getting the stuff I really wanted with M&M's in it)
D - Southwestern Egg Rolls, guacamole
All my vits!!!
Fluids, so far today:
40 oz. coffee
52 oz. water with s/f apple
NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
