Hey baby!!!

I don't like lime flavored stuff - it smells like Pine-Sol would taste!!!  I HAD to word it that way because I knew if I said it tasted like Pine-Sol, you'd say, "Tia, how do you know what Pine-Sol tastes like?"

See?  I know you too well already.  Scary stuff.

Hey Jenn!!

Actually, I sometimes have a problem with leftovers - I don't know if it's because they dry out, and even though I add water or broth when I renuke, they just often don't like me.

In fact, once I returned to work post-op, I got sick every week for 3 weeks - each time on leftovers - hence, I'm pretty careful about what I'll eat leftover.  I think you're going to hear a lot of RNY people say that.

Have a great day!

Tia

I didn't know that...  I eat leftovers nearly every day.  I really just need to get the hang of cooking less.  :)  My husband and son do not understand portion control...  I can never tell if they will have enough if I cook less....

Jenn - You can always freeze it if you have too much.  I cook a lot at one time, because I cook for my brother, too, but even on the rare occasions that I make too much, I can freeze the stuff, which is great for later - soups, chilis, casseroles, etc.

I find that some pre-planning on Sundays helps my weeks go (somewhat) more smoothly!!!
