Laptop in Need of a Good Home for a Good Cause!
I have a Toshiba Satellite P205 laptop that has 17" screen that I would like to sell. It has surround sound, DVD RW drive, big hard drive, lotsa memory. I'm leaving my collection of Big Fish games and the Office 2007 Student version on there for those who want me to leave it on there.
The link below I got from a website can give you an idea of what it's all about! It does have that number pad off to the side which I loved most about this laptop.

I originally got this when I decided I'd go into the MBA program and paid about seventeen hundred for it. I'm looking for LOT LESS than what I paid for it. Roughly less than what you could probably pay for a new one minus the software.
After a couple of semesters, I felt like the laptop was too big and too nice to be seen on an urban campus if you know what I mean. I wound up getting a 15" Dell Studio (smaller, lighter and more plainer looking) and am hoping to sell the Toshiba to replenish some of my savings that I used to pay for the smaller laptop.
I will contribute 10% of the sales proceeds to the Relay for Life Team Sisterhood of Shrinking Pants as well as 10% of the sales proceeds to Lisa Z who is doing the 50 Mile Walk in DC in May.
If you are interested, please PM me. I will be available to meet Thursday or Friday evenings or Saturday morning if you want to take a gander at it. Thank you so much!

I have another way to raise funds too.....someone is supposed to give me an autographed Jamal Lewis as a Ravens photo. I was thinking I'd either raffle it off or auction it off and give the proceeds to the Sisterhood.
And if we are doing this next year - I think I will find a way to make those booby scarves and make them for sale.....

I'm really trying to unload it but I keep getting all these crazy emails from people wanting me to ship it overseas, and receive money via Paypal. It's gotten to the point that I' ve emailed back that yes the laptop is still available, and no I'm not shipping it, and no I do not accept Paypal.
Cash and Pick Up are my terms! LOL
I am serious about the contributions and will make it happen once someone adopts the laptop.

LivingLarge had asked me what my name was so she wouldn't have to call me cmott1972 - so I got to thinking since she was the 3rd person to ask, I'd find a way to change it so that everyone would know my name is Candy. But since I'm Tia's little sister, I have to be "sugar free" before she tagged me it. LOL
