Hey Heather

I am having my surgery with Dr. Von Rueden. I love him and his staff. They are great. I have complete all test and all the other hoops that insurance wants, now just have to wait on an insurance approval. Keeping my fingers crossed.

that is great news. and the 10 pounds just shows how darn important that exercise is.

my PCP today told me it's my new part time job... SIX HOURS A WEEK... MANDATORY. and she totally supports our WLS decision!
