WHAT......?
Personally, I have delis and grocery stores all around me at work, so I can ALWAYS run out, but I like to keep things on hand, just in case:
PB
Triscuits
Pouches of tuna and/or salmon
Almonds
Drink mixes
Splenda
Lite salt
Protein bars
Protein drinks
Salad dressings
Greek yogurt
If we ever have to hunker down here in the office, I'll be able to sell food!!! LOL!!!
How about you?
Pouches of tuna
Drink Mixes
Decaf Tea
SF creamer
Equal (even though office provides)
Salt/pepper/cinnamon/Seafood seasoning/vanilla extract (as needed for various things)
Protein bars
Protein water (powdered and liquid)
Protein shake (pre-made)
Cup of soup / boullion
Dehydrated fruit
Frozen vegetables
Salad Dressing
Diet Hot Chocolate mix
I then bring different things each day. I eat both lunch and dinner in the office.
Well right now I have 2 protein bars -- Thankfully I had them there because truly needed one yesterday : I have a vending machine here at work that has peanuts , cashews
and peanut butter crackers if I ever need a quick dose of protein ( like yesterday)
And of course I have my baggie full of crystal lite/grt valu packets.
(digging around in the papers - moving staplers - found paper I was looking for - a receipt from last November! wow - blowing dust off - opening the drawer)
Drink mixes
Orbitz Bubblemint chewing gum
Tea bags
Smarties (not the S/F kind)
