What's everyone eating?
Yesterday:
B - PB on whole grain bagel
L - Grilled cheese
D - Turkey, baked sweet potato, 1 tsp. mashed potatoes, 1 tbsp. stuffing, gravy (When turkeys are on sale during the holidays, Mom always buys 2 that way she can have one in February. It warmed the house up nicely, too!)
S - 4 mini-pizza bagels
All my fluids, all my vits!!

Phew...I feel like I ate alot yesterday but I think it's just because I actually ate three meals and didn't have a protein shake!
B - Cottage Cheese Pancakes and s/f maple syrup
L - chili w/cheese
pb pretzel nubs
D - TJ's chicken enchilada w/extra cheese
S - Protein Hot Chocolate
54 oz. fluids (not enough, I know), 72g protein, most of my vits (not on my normal schedule)
Yesterday...........
B: 3 slices bacon with 1 slice 2% cheese in a whole wheat tortilla
L: 2 oz. tuna on crackers, mix of strawberries & devilled egg
S: 8 oz. skim milk with chocolate carnation instant breakfast
D: chicken broccoli alfredo casserole
S: rice cake w/ ice cream, bananas & SF caramel
Did really well with fluids....70 oz!!
