HI Everyone,

I have a rash under my arms on both sides. I am 2 weeks post op. Has anyone had this before? It is very itchy. I go to the Dr's Thur but not sure if I can wait till then

Hey honey....Do you have any Nystatin? I think that may be over the counter now. If not use something like Vagisil. I know it sounds funny but it WILL take the itching away and the redness. Im sorry. (((Hugs))))

yep if it's yeast put monistat on it.

then later on if it gets yeasty from being dry you need to keep it moist with cream or if like me you get yeast from being damp (under my tummy) you need to keep it dry.  I use gold bond powder when i'm not having a flare... (it burns when i have an outbreak)

Ticker is from Day of Surgery.. weight goal is personal preference as I've MET my doctor's goal

Thanks! I spoke to my mom and she said it might be an allergic reaction to one of my meds. She said to try benadryl to stop the itching. I am not sure what to do...not sure if I can wait till Thur to see the doc.

Call him tomorrow - and give his office a comprehensive message.  do you have his email?  Are you on antibiotics?

Thanks. I went and saw the pharmasist and he thinks it is a reaction to one of the medicines I am on. I already had prescription cream so I am going to use that and if it isn't better by Thur I will show.

THanks!
