yesterday.......

B:  Smart Ones breakfast quesadilla

L: 1/4 cup lloyd's shredded beef BBQ on a corn tortilla with 2 Tbsp shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup peas

S: 1/2 apple with 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter

D:  chicken quesadilla ( 1/2 low carb tortilla, 2 oz. chicken, sauteed onions & peppers, 2 Tbsp shredded cheddar sprayed with cooking spray and toasted in a skillet) topped with 2 Tbsp salsa

S: 1/2 cup Edy's NSA triple chocolate topped with 1/4 banana, light cool whip, 1 Tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp SF strawberry preserves.  (I was going for a pseudo banana split....it was pretty decent!)

Im so late! LOL Here is my yesterday baby doll!!!

Breakfast- Omlet with Broccoli and turkey

Snack- Strawberries with cool whip

Lunch- Salad with red onions shredded cheese, white albacore(20g protein), cucumbers and yummy pre shredded lettuce. LOL Oh and the French Salad Spritzer! I LOVE THOSE SPRAY ON SALAD DRESSINGS!!! I have a fridge full of them now. Just 2 calories a squirt! WOW!!!

Snack- Blueberry Yogurt Light and Fit Dannon

Dinner- Crab cake broiled asparagus and rice

All water iced tea and vitamins. And my Actigall. ;o) Yesterday was pretty good for me. And I so had STEAK tonight at only 12 weeks out. WOOT WOOT!!!! I kept it down too and it never hurt! YIPPEE!!!

Not sure how I did,

B:  1/2 bagel with peanut butter

L:  Greek yogurt with berries

S:  Slice of cheese

D:  Chili with 1/4 piece of cheese.

all my water and all my vits!
