TGIF Feedbag
Morning all,
I'll get the Feed Bag started since Tia's enjoying a day off.
Not as many oz. of fluids or grams of protein as I'd like but that's what happens when you go home and take a nap after work!!
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt mixed fruit protein shake
L - peanut butter pretzel nubs (very busy at work)
S - peanut butter pretzel nubs
D - greek chicken salad
LNS - 12 oz. skim milk w/splenda
84 oz. fluids, 66g protein, all my vits\
NEXT!!!

I did TERRIBLE eating yesterday. I had 2 lunches and refused to eat dinner. I thought I was going to throw up after 2nd lunch. So today I told myself I was going to fast. Well that didn't work out either. I just love food too much and my tummy was grumbly after my 5:00am workout this morning.
I vow to do better the rest of the day!!!
