I am soooo happy

Hello all,

I hate that I am stuck in Balto Co Circuit Court because I have jury duty today.I brought my laptop  with me to get some homework done however,  I guess something good always some from the bad.

However, I went up to court and they didn't want me came back to the waiting area, get my cellphone back and I have a message....

I was finally offered another job....I am so excited I was offered a position as  a senior paralegal in newly established law firm in DC and I start on Monday. If anyone knows the law firms in DC in  pays the big bucks. I have been off work since December when the contract on my part-time job ended and I was working a full-time job which I lost in September over some bull...

Also, I jumped on the scale earlier this week and I am officially in wonderland, on Tuesday I weighed in at 194.

Guess all my edumacation... (sp)  lol is finally paying off.... Just wanted to share.

Congratulations! That is terrific! I am sure you earned it. Will you commute or are you planning on relocating a little closer? I hear that the communte to DC can be a bear!
