THE FEED BAG
What's everyone eating?
I ate some bad stuff yesterday, but not much!!!!
B - Protein Bar
L - Tuna salad, Triscuits (NOTE: Don't use Kraft Mayo w/Olive Oil for salads - too watery!!)
D -1 slice sausage/green pepper pizza
Dessert: 1 small-ish slice of chocolate cake, 1 scoop of nsa choc chip ice cream, 1 pc. of dark chocolate covered orange peel!!!
I don't feel a bit bad about this - in the past, it would've been MUCH, MUCH worse!! AND.....I would've had another piece of cake before bed, followed by cake for breakfast (a la Bill Cosby)!!!!

D- 2 slices of corned beef again with cabbage (gino washed his feet in it. lol It was Yummy!)
S- string cheese, 3 oz of greek yogurt
All my water & vitamins

I know Tia, I said last week how I needed to reply to this post everyday and I did for three days and stopped. Slap me upset my head, will ya? I need it sometimes. I'm going on the record here and now that I will make an effort to post my daily menu everyday. I think.
