I'd do the drinks but then I'd be hungrier and much sooner than if I ate an eye round steak for breakfast?...
Hopefully, I'll get another fill next Monday. I'm still able to eat more than a cup, and I'm getting hungrier in shorter times. Then I won't complain so much LOL

Sorry, I forgot you had the band. I would guess the same principles would hold though - protein would keep you full longer. So maybe a drink with more protein? I know virtually nothing of lap-band-dom!
