Hello I have low Vitamin D as well pc doc gave me the little green pill. I went to my nutritionist and she said that form of D which is eferacol dosent absorb well and is synthetic she reccomends getting a supplement from the vitamin store and that form of D is called cholealcfero is absorbed much better by the body and it is natural. This is what I have been told so I am taking the second kind. Check it out.

yea it just worried me cause i was looking through some other peoples post on their sites and one said she had low vit D and her pcp delayed her surgery because of it and it worried me.  My pcp said i have green light handed me script and said i was good to go as far as he was concerned.  I did have to go today and have chest xray done today but im sure nothing is wrong there.  I would not see why vit d would hold your surgery off but i just wondered if surgeon would be put off by it.
