THURSDAY'S 11 A.M. FLUID CHECK
So, how about you? Have you tried to increase your water this week? Just try, a little at a time. Over a period of 30 days, you can form good habits (or so THEY say). If you get in 64 oz. today, aim for 68 oz. tomorrow, and so on. But at least get the minimum in!!
So far today:
40 oz. coffee
16 oz. water
20 oz. Sobe Lifewater (So far, not impressed with the taste). I'll stick with my Walmart s/f apple!!!!

After lunch, I have a couple Fuze Slenderize drinks that are low carb that I plan to work on alternatively with water.
Tia - what flavor was the Sobe you didn't like? I liked both flavors that I've tried, the Fuji Apple Pear and the Pomengrate one.
