I don't know how they fixed it but it falls off the bone nicely and they have it in some sort of thick beefy broth. The place I get them from always runs out before I'm dismissed from class so it's a blue moon thing for me to ever get them. I get hubby the jerk chicken from there. I'm told by some of the Jamaican students that that carryout place is the closest to home than any other place. it's very yummy....

Yesterday:
B- 16 oa coffee cup of cream of wheat
L- 1 cluster of king crab legs, 5 string beans
D- 3/4 of homemade spaghetti with mozarella & ricotta cheese ground beef and sauce
S- 10 grapes
2 glasses of Arbor mist Sangria right before bed time.

Yesterday...
B: Vanilla Dannon Light & Fit with 1/4 cup fresh blackberries, strawberries, raspberries with 1 Tbsp sliced almonds
mid morning: Nectar protein drink with 24 oz. water
L: Panera garden vegetable soup (the other half of my "You pick two" from Monday) with 2 oz. shredded chicken breast mixed into it, 1/4 cup SF dirt cake
D: I made SF BBQ salmon.......it grossed me out (and I LOVE salmon....go figure) and I couldn't eat more than a few bites so I wound up eating a ham and swiss roll-up (2 oz. lunchmeat chicken breast, 1 pc. swiss cheese), 1/4 cup broccoli, 1 dill pickle spear, and 1ish cup of garden salad with light balsamic dressing
S: 2 SF popsicles
