THE FEED BAG
I never thought I'd say this, but as far as a routine goes, I'd MUCH rather be at work to control my eating!!! It may just be mind over matter, but it SEEMS so much easier to stay on track when I'm in the office.
Yesterday:
B - Protein bar
S - Apple w/pb
L - Chicken salad with Triscuits
D - Cottage cheese pancakes (Okay, so my non-stick pan wasn't, and they ended up sticking. Finally, I just threw it all on a plate, nuked it for a couple of minutes (to cook the eggs), and ate them with s/f syrup). Looked gross, tasted great, full of protein!!! Hey, sometimes, you've got to improvise!!

Breakfast- Cream of wheat with fresh strawberries splenda and butter
Snack-Watermelon
Lunch-Salad with White albacore red onions, fresh lettuce, shredded cheese and shredded carrots.
Dinner- Diced chicken breast spanish rice and peas.
Snack- Seedless red grapes
All vits and MOST all my fluids! LOL I missed like 12 oz so go ahead and spank me! LOL

Nope, no spankings!! You only get them when you fall off and stay off the wagon!! As long as Mike's around, you'll eat well and won't dehydrate!!! LOL!!!

Breakfast - 2 cups of Multigrain Cheerios with skim milk
Snack - some sharp cheddar cheese
Lunch - Filet of fish
Snack - Pure Protein bar
Dinner - Oxtail and cabbage (from a good Jamaican take out)
Dessert - sugar free popsicle
Most of my fluids, all but one calcium pill - that's why I'm buying the chews!
