How is the Support Group Leadership training going?

WOOHOO!!!  Congratulations Ren!!  That is awesome, I felt the same way when I went from Morbidly Obese to just Obese.  I hope to join you in the ranks of the overweight soooon!!!  I've been stalled these past couple of weeks but I know what I need to do to change that and I'm working on it.  I had to walk up five floors worth of stairs today because the elevator was broken.  It was a good thing!

Congrats again and keep up the good work!!! 

Your post is coming Heather.... SOON! .. we are right in alignment with one another!  Five floors.... wow... I could not have done that 4 months ago! Good for you!  

I had stalled a few weeks back and figured it out too. I hope each time I stall the solution comes easy enough to be able to change things quickly.
