Hey, I ordered 3 so I'll get 4 bags.  I'll share the free bag so whoevers interested can have a bite!

So, Tia (and everyone else!) - I can either swing by or ship them to you when they come in.  I think we are "pre-ordering" them now, so I don't know when they'll be available yet.

Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays I go to Morgan so I'll be in the NE baltimore side if I need to head out that way.

walmart has a calcium chew 500mg  sugar free and 15 calories,
I hate the chalky vitamins and the calcium. when I saw these I had to give it a whirl they are not bad at all. and I think they were under 6 bucks for 90 chews.
they have vitamin d&k in it too.
have a good one!

I saw those but they weren't Calcium Citrate Chews - the other calcium can cause kidney stones, and I'm not trying to have them, so I am playing as safe as possible by following those instructions to a T.

it doesn't specify if it is citrate or carbonate.
I can't deal with that chalky mess, there were making me nauseated.
I have taken calcium carbonate for several years with no problems.
and Lord knows Im drinking enough water .

On the walmart ones, are they calcium citrate or calcium carbonate? It's the calcium citrate that we are supposed to use - right?

Oops! I see the other post now, which answers my question.

I'm sorry to confuse everyone too!  I did say that we may be "pre-ordering" them now........

As soon as I know when they are shipping - I'll let you know!

They are just like the creamy bites that were out on the OTC market but they are better for people with WLS, they bought the rights to make these but also made them more friendly for WLS patients.  I LOVE THEM!

I can't read the label...how many mg of calcium citrate per chew?  I might have to invest too!  Swallowing these 6 massive calcium pills is for the birds!
