TUESDAY'S 10 A.M. FLUID CHECK

Okay, so my drive to work was SOOOOOOOO long I was able to finish one 20 oz. coffee, start and finish another, AND drink a 16 oz. bottle of water.  Yes, I had to go potty as soon as I hit the door!!!!!

So far today:

40 oz. coffee
32 oz. water

I stocked up on Powerade Zero and water over the weekend, so fluid-wise, I'm good to go for a couple of days!!

24 oz. protein shake
10 oz. powerade zero

Next up 6 more oz. powerade and 20 oz. yumberry pomegranate Sobe Life Water....yummmmmm!!!
