Good morning!!!  How's everyone doing getting in the necessary protein and fluids?  Not good?  Well, you'll be sorry when your hair falls out and your skin dries up!!!!  ICK!!!

Yesterday:

B - Oatmeal with skim milk

L - Crab cake
      Cup of cream of crab soup

D - Salad with turkey and cheese

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Morning...love your new signature.  I read to my boss and she had a hearty chuckle too!  I didn't do well on Saturday because I literally slept all but 5 hours of the day away...guess I was more exhausted than I thought!

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt banana protein shake

S - 1 russell stovers s/f choc covered coconut

L - chicken enchilada w/salsa verde
      small sliver reduced sugar chocolate cake

D - cheese enchilada

64 oz. fluids, 67.5g protein, all my vits

I actually have the one about chocolate framed in a print that I bought at Cracker Barrel.  Along with one that says, "Simply put, everyone has a price.  Mine is chocolate!!"  I've seen the other one on t-shirts!!

I need a day to do nothing but sleep, too!!  Yes, you must've needed it!!  Looks like you did well food-wise, anyway!!!

Still under the weather with this cough and sore throat...

B- Protein shake
L- Greek yogurt W/SF strawberry preserves
D- Greek yogurt w/ SF strawberry preserves

No snacks, all vitamins, lots of H20 and decaf tea with lemon

L- scallops & shrimp and asparagus

D- Ahi Tuna and 2 bites of an egg roll

All pills & fluids!

Really?  All of your fluids?  You did at least 64 oz. of fluids?  If so, that deserves its own post!!!

Poor Danielle!!!!!  Don't forget s/f popsicles - they'll help with the sore throat and help you stay hydrated, too!!!

Yesterday...

B: 1/2 chicken corn cake from the previous night's dinner & string cheese

L:  Panera Orchard Harvest salad with chicken (I got the You Pick Two so it was 1/2 salad) and 1/2 an apple

D:  3 oz. london broil, 2 oz. sweet potato, 5 asparagus spears, 1/2 cup garden salad with olive oil/lemon juice/spicesdressing

S:  Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom ice cream bar

S #2: 1 corn tortilla with 1/4 cup melted cheddar cheese and 1 dill pickle spear (I should have had a SF popsicle!)
