Good morning everyone,

So tell us how you made out Friday, yesterday or all weekend if you are brave.  lol

Yesterday:

B- 16 oz coffee  later 1 cup of cream of wheat made with 2% milk

L-  1 cup of Shrimps & green beans

S- 1/2 cup of seedless green grapes

D- 8 Jumbo Shrimps (took about an hour to eat)

3 glasses of Arbor mist Sangria

76 oz of fluids and all of my vitamins.   If wine is added to the fluid list then I had about 24 oz of wine so it would be 98 oz total. I am such a lush!  lol

Yesterday for me sweetie:

B- Oatmeal

S- 4 strawberries

L- Tuna wrapped in lettuce and red onions

D- 2 hard shell ground beef tacos with cheese, lettuce and red onions

All fluids and all vitamins

Not eating as much but have been working my hiney off at the track!!! 2-3 miles EVERY DAY!!!
