Oh dear what have I done??????
Hon - I had some fairly decent days and then I was absolutely floored with the worst stage of my cold on Wednesday. I called out of class; and went to Sbarros to get something for hubby to eat, and didn't feel like eating. Well, I did eat the Ziti.........but I ate the Meatballs and cheese first!
Yesterday I had a great day, feeling wonderful - and got home, and just snapped at my husband for being so frustrated with online banking. So, I think its something in the wind LOL.
I have a shopping list that I am sticking to when I go to the store tonight. THere's nothing carby on the list.
Sometimes that'll help - writing a shopping list, and checking it twice like Santa does. When you see CARB - you scribble it out. :)

LOL I swear it's in the water to make us all in a foul mood! but I'm off work today and getting ready to drive to Ohio so I'm doing much better :)

Oh, for the love of God!! You're gonna make everyone think I'm more of a ***** than they already do!! LOL!!! The ***** slap WAS delivered gently and with a great deal of love!!!

You've done such an amazing job that no one can fault you for these minor aberrations - and they are that - but I also know that your choices and lack of good habits were frustrating to you this week - hence the *****slap!!!
As for the knees, well, clearly Steph and I were separated at birth because didn't I say the very same thing???? LMAO
And for anyone wanting to *****slap ME for getting on Aarbear, I DID tell him to not worry about things this weekend, just to pick himself up, dust himself off and get back on the program on Monday!!! No sense in beating himself up and ruining the good weekend he's going to have with his friends!! SO THERE!!!

i just put new batteries in my camera! there will be pictures taken! I'm actually looking forward to going to the national home and garden show in cleveland! btw.....i finally was able to get two pictures into one that I posted in my albums.......true before and after pics.
however, the people i am visiting, 1 has had RNY and the other has had lap band so i don't think we're going to veer too far off course on the diet thing LOL

****RAISES HAND***** I would like to join in on the *craptastic* party!! I have had a rough couple of weeks and my eating has def reflected it. First I got rearended from behind and my car was put in the shop and the lady wasnt working with me at first and giving me the correct ins information. Then I had the whole stomach issue where I ended up back in the hospital and yesterday I learned I OWE 700 FREAKING dollars in state taxes which obviously I am gonna have to pull outta my arse! I can barely pay my bills now........
I did go grocery shopping last night and reealizing that I have been eating crappy I tried to stock up on heathly good stuff so I am least proud of myself for that.

Should this ever happen again with the lady not cooperating about her insurance info, you can go to the MVA and get that information, or, even easier, the officer responding (provided one DID respond), should be able to provide that info. Even if they didn't take an accident report, they will have a Complaint Control # (CC #), that can be referenced for insurance purposes.
Hopefully, this will all work out, but if it doesn't, let me know!!!

oh honey!!!! *HUGE BEAR HUGS* I hope things turn around for you soon. I got my electric bill yesterday $313.00. My tax refunds have already come and gone for the most part to pay for my bank account being in the red LOL!
