Girl - this is the 2000's almost the 10's!

Clam shells are those unique dishes (mind you, I said DISHES) that sit on big rock salt and have a little morsel of meat covered with parmesan cheese, tomato pieces and a bacon bit to top it off with some parsley. Sometimes these shells are accommodated by a slice of Lemon.

Don't act like you don't know what they are! LOL
