All vitamins some fluids

I am under the weather so all I wanted to do was sleep....

Geez, Danielle, sorry you're sick!!  Seems like everyone is right now.  Please make sure you get in as much fluid as possible - don't want you dehydrating!!

Hi Tia,

Yesterday:

B- 16 oz coffee egg, cheese & ham on 1 slice of whole wheat bread

L- 1/2 of  Wendy's grilled chicken ceasar salad with crutons

D- the other 1/2 of the salad from lunch

S-2 fish sticks 2 toppers with hommus spinnach & artichoke dip


64 oz of fluids and all my vitamins.

Oh gosh...yesterday was so long ago...let's see...

Yesterday:

B - 24 oz. greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

S - cottage cheese w/pineapple

L - leftover TB chicken quesadilla and pintos and cheese

S - 1/2 c. NSA Fudge Tracks

D - turkey kielbasa and sauerkraut

80 oz. fluid, at least 75g protein, and all but one dose of calcium.

Ok, yesterday seems like forever ago.......

B:  ricotta cheese with SF maple syrup

mid morning: 8 oz. skim milk

L:  cup of chili and 1/2 cup steamed veggies (from Boulevard Diner)

afternoon:  Nectar protein drink

D: 1/2 cup of my WLS friendly tuna noodle casserole (heavy on tuna, light on noodles), 1 dill pickle spear, 4 splenda sweetened bread and butter pickle chips

S:  Edy's NSA triple chocolate ice cream
