Eastern Shore of MD support group meeting

Hi all!

The ESMD support group will be meeting TOMORROW night, THURSDAY, Feb 12th from 7 - 8:15.

We will be meeting at Denny's on Route 50 in their back meeting room....

Come ready to talk!  We will talk about hearth healthy things that we can do since this is Hearth Health month....

Please, if you are going to attend, let me know....so that we have enough materials, etc.

Hello.....I really wanted to attend the meeting, but I just had knee surgery & havent been released to drive yet! DARN! 
But you will see me at the next one!

Take care of your knee!  We will meet in March.....at our new "permenant" meeting place!  WAHOOOOOOOOO!!!!

And I just read the post that I typed.... instead of HEART I typed HEARTH!!!!!   LOL!!!!  Can you tell I was at work and trying to do a million things at the same time??????
