Tuesday Workout

My legs are tired from the elliptical yesterday......i upped the level so it was more difficult to move my legs...and I did my upper body and abs (FIFTY crunches with 20 pounds of resistance which was a huge feat).......so I think I'll do the elliptical tonight and just adjust the resistance according to how my legs feel.
