hey honey :) that's great on your protein and fluids! One thing you have to remember is that when you are eating/drinking your protein, the most anyone can absorb at one time is 30g....anything over 30g will just pass through....that's with wls people and non-wls people. actually with us, we probably absorb less......so you might wanna try spreading your protein out a little. Other than that you're doing great!
Thanks Aaron...though I usually don't make my shakes that high in protein, according to my nut and other things that I've read, the jury is still out on how much protein we can absorb at once.
