THE FEED BAG
B: 1/2 cup fiber one cereal, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup milk (bad job on the protein)
L: 4 large shrimp on a small greek salad from the best greek restauarant ever...Samos!! (and best of all, the lunch was FREE! It was a butter-me-up lunch from a hospice company that wants my referrals)
D: 3 oz. turkey, string cheese, 5 baby carrots with 1 tbsp blue cheese dressing, 1 dill pickle
S: 1/2 cup SF butterscotch pudding with 2 Tbsp light cool whip
I now have a STRANGE aversion to the blender bottle that I've been using every day, all day since my surgery 3 months ago. The aversion has been making getting in fluids very difficult. The bottle grosses me out......so I've been using regular cups to drink out of and I'm doing awesome with getting in my fluids. Yay!

SAMOS???!!!! MY ALL-TIME FAVE, FAVE, FAVE RESTAURANT!!!!!!! OMG!!! I think I've tried just about everything on the menu and love it all!!!! My fave waitress is Joyce - petite, blonde ponytail - really nice!!! My fave there is what you had - the Neptune salad - hold the dead, hairy fish!!! I also love the Khaloumi Shrimp - it comes with rice, but Nick will let you substitute their AWESOME grilled veggies for the rice!!!
Okay, I'm calm now!! LOL!!! I can restrain myself with the garlic bread, because I can't do much bread at all - it just sits in my pouch like a lump!!!
As far as protein, the antipasto salad isn't a bad choice, and our pizza had meatsauce, pepperoni, onions, olives, 'shrooms, etc.
Trust me, there was a time when I would've eaten a whole Squire's pizza myself (with a salad added to make it a "healthy" meal), and it amazes me now that 1 piece tastes as good as 8 pieces used to and sometimes, better!!!
As far as your aversion - yeah, sometimes, our tastes, smell, etc., changes - and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it!!!
You're doing great, so hang in there!
Have a great weekend!!
Hugs,
Tia
