Okay, so what's everyone eating?  My brother and I went out to our 2nd fave pizza place last night (Squire's), and discovered it was AUCE spaghetti night!!!!  OMG!!!  He was starving, of course, and I wanted pizza, so he ordered the spaghetti, and I ate his salad.  He then proceeded to eat a plate of spaghetti with meat sauce, a plate of spaghetti with alfredo sauce, two pieces of bread and two pieces of thin-crust everything pizza.  I know, I know.  Trust me, I've already told him that if he dies on me and leaves me to fight his ex for KB, I'll kill him myself!!  Now, fortunately, he doesn't eat like that all the time, but man, oh, man!!!!  I worry about him, of course, but we ALL know that until we're ready to address our issues, no one can do it for us.  I, however, am perfect (NOTTTTT!!), and had yesterday:

B - Greek yogurt with peaches

S - Banana

L - Cheese and crackers and small Oriental chicken salad

S - Chocolate covered soy nut energy mix

D - Small garden salad with Greek dressing
      1 piece of thin-crust everything pizza and the topping from half of another piece

All my fluids and all my vits!!

I remember when Gino and I used to go all you can eat at the Olive Garden or Chinese restaurant. Man oh man is that a scary thought when we think about it.   Glad he doesn't eat like that everyday.  Tell him his children needs him.
Great job on your eating!

Yesterday:

B- 16 oz coffee w/ vanilla chai spic creamer, oatmeal made with 1/2 cup of 2% milk

L- 4 chicken nuggets and 2 slices of pineapple

D- 3 oz of round chuck steak wrapped in a bacon with 1 slice of avocado and 2 tablespoon of rice with pinto beans

S- Handful of trailmix

About 60 oz of fluids and all my vitamins.  Yesterday was not a good day with fluids. 

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

Cira -

When we got in the car last night, he said, "Ooooh!" and all I did was give him the hairy eyeball.  He knows!!!!  Knowing it and doing something about it, though....!!!

Next time I come up, hopefully soon, I'll bring you some Vanilla Chai tea bags.  YUM!!!!

Oh, no, you're back on the trailmix?????  Back away, girlie!!!!!

B- Carnation Instant breakfast w/ 1% milk and 1 scoop of unflavored unjury protein powder
L- 1/4 cup bacon and bean soup
S- SF strawberry Italian Ice 
D- 4 baked buffalo wingetts
S- SF lemon Italian Ice 

All vitamins fluids

Does the unflavored Unjury mix up okay in the cold milk?  I can't stand lumps, grit, etc.

Yep, it stirs okay I stir it up with a with a butter knife. I don't like the lumps either. I had it in the cabinet and decided to use it since I am running low on protein but I do know I will not be ordering this one again. I am so glad it's almost gone. 

I like the chocolate and vanilla unjury. I also like the nectar.

ok yesterday was an "ok" day.  I still didn't eat enough

b  (which ended up being lunch)- cottage cheese with bacon bits and a few whole grain wheat thins

l (which ended up being dinner)- protein shake

d (which ended up being really late!!!!) - two veggie chicken patties with melted fat free cheddar cheese on top

workout - yesterday was pretty much an aerobic day so i did 40 minutes on the treadmill for a loss of 300 calories.........i was almost at a run but i was afraid I'd fall because of all this extra skin knocking me around so I walked as fast as I could LOL

You need to keep up your strength so you can chase, be chased, catch and be caught by all these cute men coming out of the woodwork!!!!!!

oh I know hon.......my eating schedule gets totally messed up when I'm working from home.  I sit there and drink and drink and drink and before I know it it's already lunch time before I eat anything.  I just know I have to get more calories in....even on my regular days I don't think i'm eating enough.  I have a feeling I've been in starvation mode for quite a while.

OHMYGOD!!  Even on my best pre-op eating days I could never ever eat that much and I could EAT!  Phew...I'm sure he was hating life later on!

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt strawberry protein shake (41.5g)

S - 5 medium pretzels (3g)

L - 3 oz. chicken breast (24g)
      5 baby carrots
      2 potatoe wedges

S - 6 large pretzels (6g)

D - none - sleeping

Before Bed - 12 skim milk w/splenda (12g)

72 oz. fluids, 86.5g protein, NON of my vits (forgot to take them out in the a.m.)

Next...
