1 piece of thin-crust everything pizza and the topping from half of another piece

I remember when Gino and I used to go all you can eat at the Olive Garden or Chinese restaurant. Man oh man is that a scary thought when we think about it. Glad he doesn't eat like that everyday. Tell him his children needs him.

Yesterday:
B- 16 oz coffee w/ vanilla chai spic creamer, oatmeal made with 1/2 cup of 2% milk
L- 4 chicken nuggets and 2 slices of pineapple
D- 3 oz of round chuck steak wrapped in a bacon with 1 slice of avocado and 2 tablespoon of rice with pinto beans
S- Handful of trailmix
About 60 oz of fluids and all my vitamins. Yesterday was not a good day with fluids.
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

When we got in the car last night, he said, "Ooooh!" and all I did was give him the hairy eyeball. He knows!!!! Knowing it and doing something about it, though....!!!
Next time I come up, hopefully soon, I'll bring you some Vanilla Chai tea bags. YUM!!!!

I like the chocolate and vanilla unjury. I also like the nectar.
b (which ended up being lunch)- cottage cheese with bacon bits and a few whole grain wheat thins
l (which ended up being dinner)- protein shake
d (which ended up being really late!!!!) - two veggie chicken patties with melted fat free cheddar cheese on top
workout - yesterday was pretty much an aerobic day so i did 40 minutes on the treadmill for a loss of 300 calories.........i was almost at a run but i was afraid I'd fall because of all this extra skin knocking me around so I walked as fast as I could LOL
oh I know hon.......my eating schedule gets totally messed up when I'm working from home. I sit there and drink and drink and drink and before I know it it's already lunch time before I eat anything. I just know I have to get more calories in....even on my regular days I don't think i'm eating enough. I have a feeling I've been in starvation mode for quite a while.
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt strawberry protein shake (41.5g)
S - 5 medium pretzels (3g)
L - 3 oz. chicken breast (24g)
5 baby carrots
2 potatoe wedges
S - 6 large pretzels (6g)
D - none - sleeping
Before Bed - 12 skim milk w/splenda (12g)
72 oz. fluids, 86.5g protein, NON of my vits (forgot to take them out in the a.m.)
