3 THINGS FOR TGIF!!!

O M G!!!  First and foremost, I'm once again grateful that murder or even torture is against the law!!  Where is my little choking the life out of someone emoticon?   This'll have to do for now!!!

1.  That after wls, I no longer have sleep apnea!!!  This a.m., I was again up at 4:30, got myself together, picked up my brother, took him to work, came back, picked K up, took her to school early for band practice and THEN came to work!!  In the past, I most certainly would've been dog tired and undoubtedly, dozed while sitting in traffic or worse, while driving!!  Trust me, nothing wakes you up quicker than those rumble strips on the shoulders!!!!!!!

2.  7-11 coffee - Since my brother stops to fill up his super ginormous Big Gulp, I went into 7-11 for my coffee.  They have DIY s/f syrups!!!  Woo-hoo!!!  And no one telling me that I'd have to pay extra for the 20 pumps of s/f vanilla!!!!  Now, if they could just make it a drive-thru for me, I'd be happy!!!

3.  Friday - Casual Friday at that!!!  Which means, jeans, casual hair, etc.!!!!!  I love my Fridays!!!!!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!  Can't wait to see most of you on Sunday at Mimi's!!!

Hugs,

Tia

Tia - I am so glad that sleep apnea is so often resolved by WLS and that you no longer have to deal with it. Sleep apnea is quite serious and I have heard of a couple of people who have actually died in their sleep because of it. I would much rather have you around for a long time!

As for the murder, our thoughts are not criminal. So enjoy the prospect of imagining the punishment so deserving of whoever pushed your buttons today!

TGIF! I am also thankful...

1 - That this is day 5 of the 5 day pouch test! While I would consider it a successful jump start back to basics, I have really missed some of my legal favorites, i.e. my oatmeal on these cold mornings, etc. My biggest challenge, of course, will be continuing to keep it going now that I am on a good path. The weekend will tell me a lot about my resolve to move forward.

2 - That we have had so many wonderful new members on the losers bench this week! The surgeons have indeed been busy. I can't wait to hear their stories of wonder and discovery as each person evolves into the "new" them! Again, congratulations to all of you!

3 - For the weekend forecast - I can't wait to enjoy this weekend. The weather will be great. Plus, I am looking forward to seeing friends, old and new this weekend.

Morning Deb!!!  And my coat wasn't even completely off before the buttons were being pushed!!!  GRRR!!!  Thank goodness I'd already had 40 oz. of coffee or it just wouldn't have been nice.  I'm better now - specifically because he went back into his own office!!!

Oh, yeah, the sleep apnea was scary.  I've known for a while that my brother also had it and I FORCED him to go for a sleep study.  Now he wears a CPAP, which took some getting used to, but he's getting more quality sleep!!

I'm glad you were able to survive the 5 DPT!!  You can and already do stick with the program.  Everyone strays, but I do think that you intrinsically know the right things to do now!!!

Yes, I agree, lots of exciting new losers joining us.  Although I would never want to go back to the first few weeks, oh, to know then what I know now!!!!!

Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday!!!

Hugs,

T

Hi Tia,

Wow so your morning already started out wanting to choke the life out of someone huh? LOL
I am glad that you have a lot of energy and that you do NOT have sleep apnea anymore.  I never get up at those unGodly hours unless I have my children sick or I am going somewhere far and I HAVE to. lol
How was 7-11's coffee? I have never had it. I am always leary of buying one there.
TGIF!

Today I am grateful:

1. That school was open all week.  Gianna went to bed with a sore throat and woke up this morning wanting to stay home. She didn't have a fever so I sent her to school.  She was not a happy camper.

2. Get this.......Size 5 panties(Hanes)!  LOL  I would never post stuff like that on a public forum but I just have to shout it out.  I think I was a size 5 when I was in Kindergarten!  My daughter Tara insisted that was my size I argued back and forth that I wasn't and finally gave in to opening the package and trying it on.

3.  for the wonderful love and support that I receive from my OH family.

Have a wonderful day everyone.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

LOL - Congratulations on your #2! It is wonderful to know that even after all this time, you can still enjoy new revelations like this! I think many of us have also enjoyed the variety of nice underthings we can choose from now that we are smaller.

Thank you Debbie! i still look at them like no way because in my mind I don't see myself fitting that. lol
It was my daughter who bought them for me telling me she is so tired of seeing me wearing huge ole undies. lol I was like what do you mean they are not so big she said well when you can pull them up to under your bra that means they are too big for you! LOL I told her she was exaggerating a bit much! lol

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

Hi Cira!!

Oh, yeah, it's hard when you work for/with someone who is convinced the world will tilt off its axis if his needs aren't immediately met!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  AAAAGGGGHHHH!!!

The coffee was pretty good.  I still prefer DD, SB's always tastes burned to me, except for their lattes, and Royal Farms has REALLY good coffee.  I just liked that 7-11 had the s/f syrup available right on the counter.

Ummmm.............................so you'll be showing off those size 5 panties, huh?????  NOTTTT!!!! Good for you!!  And good for Tara for making you try them on!!!!

Need some updated pics of Lil Mr. Beefy, please!!!!

Have a great weekend!!!

LY!
