laptop died and i've been SUPER busy at work so i haven't posted in weeks......

B:  4 whole grain cracker with 2 Tbsp low fat cream cheese mixed with 1 oz. smoked salmon, capers and red onion

L:  4 oz. turkey burger with 1 slice swiss cheese, 1 Tbsp light mayo, 2 slices tomato; 1/2 cup sauteed cabbage

S:  1/2 apple, 0.9 oz. package of peanuts

I'm making salmon with avocado salsa for dinner
