Good morning!!! I feel like I ate a lot yesterday, although it wasn't bad stuff!!!

L - Cheese cubes, Chicken noodle soup (with extra chicken added)
S - Chocolate covered soy nuts and pack of South Beach Living energy mix - nuts and chocolate covered soy nuts
D - Chicken Caesar salad
S - S/f rice pudding

L - 1/4 c. pinto beans (3g)
2 oz. ground beef w/ taco seasoning (16g)
2 slices 2% American cheese (8g)
S - 1 oz. beef jerky (14g)
5 pretzels (3g)
D - chocolate muscle milk (YUCKO...it is really sweet which I like but there it has a weird taste!) (22g)
85 oz. fluids, 107.5g protein, and all my vits.
NEXT!!!
