Where can I get my resting metabolic rate tested?

I've been in a dreaded stall for months now, and I'm worried that my metabolism has crashed.  Does anyone know of a place in either Rockville/Bethesda or Frederick that does resting metabolic rate testing.  Because of years of yo-yo dieting, PCOS, and WLS, and the muscle that I've been building at the gym, I don't think that the online calculators will be very accurate for me, and I'd like a true measure.  I've already checked with my bariatric hospital and surgeon's office/Nutritionist, they don't do it.

How about at your gym?  I know a lot of gyms have some pretty high-tech stuff these days.

ETA:  I just Googled it and they said to try a registered dietician's office. 

Thanks for your reply Tia, I really appreciate it.  My gym (Bally's) doesn't do it.  The building I work in has a gym, and they haven't returned my phone calls/emails since I said that I didn't want to become a member and just wanted to pay for that service.  It's very frustrating!

I just received an email from my gym, the Maryland Athletic Club in Timonium that they are having a health fair on Feb. 21st from 9am to 12 Noon. One fo the things mentioned is a metabolic exercise assessment. Is this what you are referring to? The fair is open to the public. I have cut and pasted the section about the assessments below. This is a distance for you. But I thought I would mention it anyway.
