Good morning!!!!  When we get fresh snow, I ALWAYS want snow cream!!!!  Our version seems to be different from others that I've seen:

Snow
Evaporated milk
Maraschino cherries and cherry juice

Pack the snow into a cup tightly, pour milk and cherry juice over, add chopped cherries

Tastes JUST like cherry vanilla ice cream!!!!  I don't even wanna think about the dumping factor from the cherries!!!!! 

But I'll be good, and anyway, this snow isn't packable, so I'll do without probably for another year!!!

Yesterday:

B - Greek yogurt with s/f blackberry jam

S - Banana

L - Oriental chicken salad

S - Chocolate covered soy nuts (new from South Beach Living in individual packets)

D - Salisbury steak w/gravy and brown rice

S - Rice pudding w/raisins

All my fluids and vits!!

Yesterday:

B- 1 egg
     1 1/2 pieces of bacon
     1 slice cheddar cheese 
      Dunkin Donuts Coffee

L- Chicken Salad
     4 Multigrain Club Crackers
     1 slice of Light Cheddar

S- Canteloupe

D- Shrimp & Sausage Gumbo 
     Steamed Shrimp

All fluids, protein and vitamins!!! YaY!

Mmmmm...snow cream!!!  Yours sound delish...love love love maraschino cherries!  Mine was very basic:

snow
vanilla extract
milk

You did GREAT yesterday.  I didn't do as well as I'd wanted to because I went to bed early and I make up protein and fluids at night many times.

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt banana protein shake (32g)

L - 1/4 salsa pinto beans (3g)
       2 oz. taco meat  (16g)
       2 slices 2% American cheese (8g)

D - protein shake (17g) 

83 oz. fluids, 76g protein, all my vits

NEXT!!!

hmmmmm....yesterday I did alright......not stellar but ok

b - 11 ounces of muscle milk

l - cottage cheese with olives and a serving of whole grain wheat thins

d - two veggie chicken patties with two slices of fat free cheddar melted on them and two sticks of string cheese.

I ended up having 48 ounces of coffee and a half gallon of crystal light and all my vitamins.
