5 day pouch test day 2!

Ok everyone, how are you doing?

Me- I have had 3 protein shakes a bowl of jello and a 32 oz cup of decaf sugar free tea.

I had a protein shake for breakfast

yogurt

pureed bean soup

sf pudding

not enough water yet but will at least get my 64 oz in

I have had 2 protein shakes, SF pudding, and I am eating SF jello right now. Every time I open my cabinet to get things out of it, I see my container of soy nuts. I sooooo want to chomp a few, but I won't. I am still hanging in there!

Here is the link to the site that explains it all. Personally, I don't look at it as a test, but as an opportunity to get refocused. Periodically, a group of folks will plan together to go through this. This way we can encourage each other through it. Of course, anyone can do it on their own at any time as well.

I had a protein shake, broth, SF pudding, SF jello during the day and broth, pudding and jello in the evening.  Lots of water and crystal light ice tea.  This has been harder than I thought but I weighed this morning and was down 3.5 pounds...Yea!!!!  I am so happy today is soft protein!

Stephanie! That is awesome. It does make this a little easier as this week goes by to see the quick drop again doesn't it!!!!!

I had around a 3 lb gain last time I was at  the DR. I go back on Tuesday, and I am looking forward to seeing my weight this month on his scale.
My scale is not that great, and it changes in just 2 seconds  BUT by my scale I am down about 5 lbs.
