Hi Tia,

I know you are little behind today so I figure I would help out.

Yesterday:

B- 16oz coffee,   s/f oatmeal made with 1/2 cup of 2% milk

L- 3 chicken wing dings & 8 fries

D-  3/4 cup homemade spaghetti &  4 small meatballs

S- baby carrots and ranch dressing   & half of a Heath bar.

96 fluid oz & all my vitamins

B - Coffee w/protein shake

S - Banana

L - Oriental chicken salad

D - Lima bean soup (which, after a few bites, didn't like me so....)
      Greek yogurt with s/f chocolate pudding mixed in (as Aaron would say - cheesecakeified)

And, Cira, the chocolate monster hit me, too - 1 mini-Reese's pb egg!!  (yes, sadly, Easter candy's in the stores already!!!!)

LOTS of fluid and all my vits!!

I'm glad you tried the greek yogurt with the pudding powder mixed in......am I right?  or did you already know about it before I mentioned it?

No, that was from your cheesecakeified post of last week!!!  I tried it with s/f chocolate fudge pudding mix - but still had to add in about 6 Splendas before Mom said it even tasted good.  It thickened up REALLY fast - I'm thinking when I have time to experiment, it might make a great crustless cheesecake.

b - 5 strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal

l - cottage cheese with olives and bacon bits

d - veggie burger with a slice of fat free cheddar melted on top, two sticks of string cheese and a handful of whole grain wheat thins

all my liquids and vits

B - greek yogurt strawberry/blueberry protein shake (34g)

S - 1/2 oz. beef jerky (6.5g)
      NSA applesauce

L - 2 oz. chicken breast (18g)
      1/4 c. mashed potatoes
       chicken gravy

D - 1/4 salsa pinto beans (3g)
       2 oz. taco meat  (16g)
       2 slices 2% American cheese (8g)

S - 1/2 c. NSA Edy's Fudge Tracks Ice Cream (3g)

Before Bed - 12 oz. skim milk w/splenda (12g)

96 oz. fluid and 100.5g protein, all my vits...woohoo...now if I could just get exercise worked in there I'd be golden!!
