I got a private message from......

someone called "Need Help". I don't know that person and I was wondering if anyone else got the message. It wouldn't let me open the profile for that person when I clicked on her name.

I haven't - and I checked the member list and there's no one listed by that username.  And no, Gail, it's not me using my porn name!!!  LOL!!!!

Did the request seem genuine?  There are a couple of scam pm's running around periodically, so be careful.
