So that puts me at 64 ounce total for today :  better then I normally do.

hmmmm....48 ounces of the stuff that shall not be named.......and how many ounces are in a quart?  I've had a quart of crystal light.

Not bad, but add in another quart or two to combat the stuff that shall not be named!!!
