Okay, so how bad WAS your weekend?  Did you over-indulge at a Super Bowl party?  I ended up not going to the party to which I'd been invited, therefore, I didn't make the cheesecake.  I will, though, and will let you know how it was!!

Friday:

B - Greek yogurt, cereal, s/f blackberry jam

S - Protein bar

L - Salmon salad

S - Banana

D - Mini cheeseburger (1/2) bun, mini crabcake (no bun), Maryland crab soup

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Well I have decided that I'm not eating enough.  I'm still in my stall and I think this weekend I started changing things up.  Got me some RTD muscle milk (that stuff is GREAT).  I started seeing my weight wobble but still not coming down but it's a sign that my body is adjusting to the diet that I have been in for the past 8 months so I have to switch something up and so I figured more calories would be the answer.  Case in point, here's my friday.....hardly any calories at all

b - ran out of bacon so I had two packets of oatmeal

l - cottage cheese

d - I was so exhausted from not sleeping the night before that I didn't feel like cooking so I had cottage cheese again with some olives and bacon bits and a few whole grain wheat thins.

all my liquids and vitamins.

Sun (superbowl party)

L- 2 chicken wings minus skin
D- (Superbowl party)

1/4 mashed baby red potatoe
unsalted peanuts
All vitamins and water

Mon
B- Protein shake
L- Greek yogurt w SF strawberry preserves
D- Grilled chicken strip w/ spinach
S- SF Italian ice or Fudgecicle

Normally my weekends are bad, but I made a concerted effort to get at least the minimum in...hence my weekend FEED BAG posts.

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt strawberry banana protein shake (33g)

L - 6 pretzels (6g)

D - 1/4 chicken and mozarella quesadilla (13.5g)

S - greek yogurt and grapes (15g)

Before bed:  12 ounces skim milk w/splenda (12g)

88 oz. fluids, 79.5g protein, and all my vits
