Fill your home with evidence of love - the artwork of children, fresh-cut flowers , beautiful poetry on your wall, or photos of your loved ones.

and Tia   I spell checked this LOL

Good, can't have you looking like a non-spelling you-know-what!!!  LOL!!!!!

My office, at least, is filled with evidence of KB and the family - pics, their artwork, etc.  It makes work MUCH more bearable!!!!

Thanks,

T

Yup! love it thanks for sharing.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

I'm right there with this one.

I pretty much surround myself with all things boxer!  My living room has a boxer painting, a bunch of boxer portraits, pictures of my boxers, many boxer statues, stuffed boxers, and my Colby's urn.

My dining room is family related...wedding stuff on the fireplace mantle and wedding and family photos over the fireplace.

My hallway is peppered with family photos as well.

I don't have my own space at the lab but my screensaver is Colby.  My office in Crystal City has a bunch of boxer and family photos!

I agree with you 100%.  If you fill yourself with love on the outside, it helps prevent you from trying to fill love from within- in the form of foods that will not allow us to live the life we want.

I agree, Cathy, but maybe someone could explain WHY the foods that aren't good for us go down easier and are more agreeable to our pouches as opposed to the good-for-us, protein dense foods!!!!
