Tia - hope you don't mind me starting this thread this morning.  Have to get to work and wanted to get it down on paper (since I've been remisce in keeping my food journal).

Yesterday:

B - Greek yogurt protein shake (33g)

L - chili w/1 slice american cheese (20g)

S - Kay's naturals protein cereal (9g)

D - terriyaki pork w/broccoli (20-ishg)

Before bed - 8 oz. skim milk w/splenda

About 74 oz. of fluids and about 86g of protein.

S - Triscuits with Laughing Cow Light cheese

L - Chicken salad

S - Banana

D - I couldn't remember if you took all my chocolate and held it for ransom!!!  Must've been forgettable!!!  LOL!!!

All my fluids and all my vits!!!

B- 16 oz coffee

L- ham & cheese on whole wheat bread with light mayo

D- salad with a mild italian sausage

S- string cheese......... then Last night I screwed up big time. so the entire day went out the window.   I took all of my vitamins and drank  89 ounces of fluid.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

B - Oarmeal w/skim milk and a few raisins.

S - Pear

L - Protein shake

S - Brussel sprouts

D - Hard boiled egg, cheese on baby spinach salad.

There must have been something in the air, because I caught it too. I had a piece of chicken that I found. And then I ate some granola mix. This was over a period of time, but still, I should have stopped after the salad. Sigh!

I think you did great regardless.

I wish I never touched the 2 little snicker bars, and the 2 handfuls of m&ms and couple of chocolate chip cookies.  I think this is all hormonal and it is temporary.  sigh......

breakfast - rich dark chocolate protein shake

coffee all morning

Lunch - Creamy Tomato Soup; Vanilla protein shake

PowerAde and Water all afternoon;

Snack - Rich Dark Chocolate Protein shake

Dinner - Cheddar Cheese Soup

Snack - sugar free hershey's chocolate syrup in milk.

Hi Candy!!!

Is the chocolate protein shake the new flavor by EAS?  I thought about trying it - I usually stick with the French Vanilla in my coffee, and tried the Cafe Caramel last week (didn't care for it).

Yep, it's EAS - and I think I got it from the Walmart off of Quarterfield Road.  It's pretty good.

I didn't care much for the Cafe Caramel - but love the Mocha Latte flavor by Atkins, but can't seem to find that anywhere these days.

To me, the regular chocolate tastes like Yoo-Hoo - in a weird, bariatric sort of way!!!  LOL!!!!

I've gotten the Atkins Mocha Latte from the Vitamin Shoppe - it was a while ago, though, so I don't know if they still carry it.

B- Healthy egg mcmuffin. lol Mike made me egg beaters with canadian bacon on whole wheat english muffin then cut it in half and it was AWESOME!!! LOVED IT!!!

S- One hard boiled egg

L-Protein drink

S-Watermelon

D- Chicken taco with lettuce 2% cheese, red onion and a hard shell actually. I ate the whole thing and did well. I never even felt the full feeling but no way in hell I was going for more. LOL

All vitamins and 60 oz of fluid ;o)
