FEED BAG
Tia - hope you don't mind me starting this thread this morning. Have to get to work and wanted to get it down on paper (since I've been remisce in keeping my food journal).
Yesterday:
B - Greek yogurt protein shake (33g)
L - chili w/1 slice american cheese (20g)
S - Kay's naturals protein cereal (9g)
D - terriyaki pork w/broccoli (20-ishg)
Before bed - 8 oz. skim milk w/splenda
About 74 oz. of fluids and about 86g of protein.
NEXT!!!

D - Hard boiled egg, cheese on baby spinach salad.
There must have been something in the air, because I caught it too. I had a piece of chicken that I found. And then I ate some granola mix. This was over a period of time, but still, I should have stopped after the salad. Sigh!

I think you did great regardless.
I wish I never touched the 2 little snicker bars, and the 2 handfuls of m&ms and couple of chocolate chip cookies. I think this is all hormonal and it is temporary. sigh......

B- Healthy egg mcmuffin. lol Mike made me egg beaters with canadian bacon on whole wheat english muffin then cut it in half and it was AWESOME!!! LOVED IT!!!
S- One hard boiled egg
L-Protein drink
S-Watermelon
D- Chicken taco with lettuce 2% cheese, red onion and a hard shell actually. I ate the whole thing and did well. I never even felt the full feeling but no way in hell I was going for more. LOL
All vitamins and 60 oz of fluid ;o)
