Thank you

I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for all their prayers, and for being such wonderful and caring individuals.

My son and I got home this evening around 6 p.m., and it's nice to be home and not at the hospital.  However, I am exhausted and stressed, but at the same time relieved.  Hunter has to have neb tx's every 4 hours, and a rescue inhaler to use in between tx's.  Even though his pnuemonia isn't bacterial, they started him on a very strong antibiotic just to be safe.  He is also on a strong cough medicine.

It has been a very long two weeks, and it's going to be at least another week before I feel comfortable enough to leave him and go back to work.  I just feel so helpless.  I know I'm doing everything I can for him, but I wish I could do more.  Hunter is my world.

Thank you again and please keep Hunter in your prayers.

Love,
Becki

You are so right, there is nothing like being home!  It felt so good to take a shower in my own bathroom lol, and to sleep in my own bed.

Becky :  So glad he is home where he belongs:  Please keep us updated and let us know if
there is anything we can do -  Hunter is on the prayer circle at my church so he
had 8 little old ladies praying for him LOL I should not say that these are the sweetest ladies I know.

Take care of yourself and Hunter

Thank you so much everyone's prayers are greatly appreciated.  I'm hoping to get some rest today.  Hunter is sleeping so good right now, and I think it's the best sleep he has had in the past 2 weeks.

Becki,

I will continue to keep him in my prayers. Jordan had pnuemonia two Decembers ago and I had to do the same thing and Neb her every 4 hours. Finally after the 3rd or so day it really started to break it up and she felt a lil better. Heres hoping he feels better quickly!

Thank you so much for sharing that with me.  It eases my mind a little knowing that he should be getting some relief soon.  It's a shame our children have to get sick like this, and it makes us feel so helpless.
