Okay, what's everyone eating?  Thanks, Ren, for posting your recipe posts and to Jilly, too, for posting what Mikey's got cookin'!!!  I'm SOOOO jealous!!!!

I'm trying hard to stay on track after losing some weight through my new diet by potty!!!  I think, all told, I lost like 12 pounds!!  Here's to it staying off!! 

Yesterday:

All my fluids (and all of Ren's, too!!!  lol), and all my vits!!!

B - Coffee with protein drink
      Cottage cheese

L - Bean soup

D - 1/4 of the innards of a chicken cheesesteak sub

S - 2 chocolate covered pretzels

NEXT!!!!!!!

B- Cottage cheese with fresh strawberries

L- 1/4 Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla

D- Steak and salad and a bite of mashers

All my Vits & 50 oz. of fluid.

BTW... How much am I supposed to be drinking??

Yesterday

Breakfast-Kellogs Special K Protein Plus cereal with lactaid free milk

Snack - strawberries with cool whip

Lunch- Chicken breast on salad with lite Italian and it was soooo YUM

Dinner- Half a hamburger with 22g protein and some watermelon

Snack-Protein Shake with 30g protein

All vits and fluid all day. WOO HOO!

You know, I don't know what it is.......for the past three days I have been needing a snack after dinner and right before bed time.  I KNOW it's head hunger but I cave in :(

b - 4 strips of veggie bacon and oatmeal

l - greek yogurt with vanilla pudding powder mixed in and some kashi on the side

d - veggie chicken patty with a couple of sticks of string cheese and about 5 triscuits

s - cottage cheese

all my fluids and vitamins.

Okay, my cheesecakeified hunk of luv!!!  LOOK at your snack, for God's sake!!  It says, "cottage cheese," NOT a block of cream cheese and a bag of chips!!!!!

All of my fluids and more to sink the Titanic - was fighting hunger with H20, not sure if it was Head Hunger

B - Coffee with SF Vanilla Caramel Creamer - 24 oz

S - 2 oz of Cabots Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

L - (late) - 1 oven baked center cut pork chop

S - The biggest Slim Jim I could find for under $1.00

D - Members Mark 1/3 lb Gourmet Patty with bacon and aged cheddar

S - EAS AdvantEDGE choco-fudge protein shake

Today, I'm scheduled for my 6 week post op and don't know if I'll be getting a fill today........I'm nervous, if I do get a fill, it'll be my first one.
